Donner Dinner Party, 4-10 players, 12+, 30+ mins

Who’s safe when there are cannibals hiding among you? That’s the question at the heart of this fast-paced game of social deduction in which cannibals and pioneers face off in a fight for survival. Set in the winter of 1846, players are members of the ill-fated Donner Party wagon train, stranded atop a mountain with no food. Who will avoid becoming tonight’s dinner and make it off the mountain alive? And who are the suspicious scoundrels hungry for human flesh? Donner Dinner Party is a social deduction game in which players are either pioneer or cannibal. Each player has equipment as well, and sometimes that will help you survive — unless of course you’re a cannibal, in which case you might want to play dumb about what you have.

In Doctor! Doctor!, your patient is waiting, and the other doctors aren’t sure of your surgical skill. Show them who has the steadiest hand in the O.R. by completing more procedures than your competitors in this fast-paced, nerve-fraying dexterity game of concentration and operation.

Imaginarium, 2-5 players, 14+, 90 mins

Through the mist, you can just about see the gigantic form of the factory. This is where the essence of dreams is shaped! We will enter the factory through the grand entrance. Here are the famous machines! You can repair, combine or dismantle them. They will produce the resources needed to repair more powerful machines. I am sure that you will quickly make the best use of your resources and the space available in your workshop to carry out the projects of the design office and gain Victory points! Imaginarium is a strategy, combination and development game.

passtally, 2-3 players, 8+, 20-30 mins

In passtally, you take turns placing tiles on the game board to create a line connecting your player markers. The more tiles the line passes through, and the higher those tiles are stacked, the more points you score!

Amoeba, 2-4 players, 8+, 30 mins

In Amoeba, players place tiles in order to build the biggest amoebas, then they claim those amoebas by placing their nuclei markers on them. Players can also place tiles on top of completed amoebas to split them, reducing an opponent’s score. There are twelve unique tiles that will require pattern recognition and strategic thinking to grow the largest amoeba. The game ends when all tiles are played, and the player with the biggest amoeba wins.

Deadly Doodles, 1-4 players, 8+, 30 mins

In Deadly Doodles, players simultaneously draw paths through a dangerous dungeon. Draw cards, draw a path through your dungeon, and rack up points! Collect loot and fight monsters…or run away screaming! Can you defeat the dragon for the big score?

Arkhanos, 2-4 players, 14+, 30 mins

In The Towers of Arkhanos, players must jointly build arcane towers to channel the power of past civilizations. For this, your master and apprentices must use magic stones (dice) and apply abilities written in the book of magic, acquiring prestige and becoming the magician with incredible reputation in the kingdom. The player will control one of the magic schools(different colors) from the realms of Drunagor and try and build the magic towers in order to gain more prestige points to be appointed the greatest wizard of the realm.

The Grimm Masquerade, 2-5 players, 8+, 20-40 mins

The Beast has invited you to his castle for a Masquerade. When you enter, you are magically transformed into the identity of another character from The Grimm Forest! The Beast enjoys his antics! Players will be outed if they are given 2 artifacts of their bane, but can win the magical masquerade if they are able to collect 3 artifacts of their favor. Don’t worry if you are outed early, you take on the role of a Ghost, you get to guess what character you think will win the magical masquerade and if you are correct, you win along with them! You also take a turn handing out Artifacts to characters to try and sway the ball to your favor! Collect 3 Artifacts of Favor or to be the last player remaining will win.

Narwhal Free for All!, 2-4 players, 5+, 15 mins

Score points in Narwhal Free for All by flipping your colored rings onto the tusks of the narwhals floating in the ice arena. Earn bonus points when your rings land on the narwhal that matches your color or on the center iceberg. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins!

Dead Man’s Cabal, 2-4 players, 12+ 60 mins

Dead Man’s Cabal is a mid-weight strategy game. In the game, players compete to bring the dead back to life so that they can throw a party with actual, you know, guests. The gameplay is a clever interplay of a unique action selection mechanism that allows players to choose both a private action followed by a group action, requiring tense decision-making on the timing of the different phases of the game. Collect bodies, crystal skulls, and runes, then bring the dead back to life. This might sound simple enough, but triggering the actions in just the right order requires careful planning to make sure you aren’t helping your competitors more than yourself.

Die Hard: The Nakatomi Heist Board Game uses one-versus-many, asymmetric gameplay to pit protagonist John McClane against others acting as thieves who are co-operating to foil the hero’s plan, which is to save the hostages in the iconic Nakatomi Plaza high-rise. Movie buffs and hobby game enthusiasts will appreciate the game’s distinct homage to the 1988 film, which packs rules and gameplay to the air vents with callbacks to Die Hard’s most memorable scenes, characters, and events

Ubongo! Extreme, 1-4 players, 30 mins, 7+

In Ubongo!, players race to solve spatial puzzles by filling spaces with Tetris-like pieces that are composed of connected hexagons instead of squares. The game comes with two difficulty levels so that beginners can compete with more experienced players, with one side of the card having a puzzle that requires three pieces to solve it and the other side having a puzzle that requires four pieces.

Patchwork Doodle, 1-6 players, 20 mins, 8+

Patchwork Doodle is a roll-and-write version of Patchwork, with each player having their own 9×9 grid to fill in over the course of the game. Each player sets up by drawing a unique polyomino card from the starting deck, then drawing that on their sheet. Each player has four special actions available to them during the game: You can choose to draw the card before or after the chosen card, you can cut a polyomino into two pieces before adding one piece to your grid, you can fill in a 1×1 space in your grid, and you can do one of the above actions a second time. When you take one of these actions, you mark it off as each can be used only once.

Skyjo, 2-8 players, 30 mins, 8+

In Skyjo, every player has 12 hidden cards, two are turned face up. On your turn you can take the top card from the discard or draw pile. You can exchange one card (hidden or open) from your display. Round ends when one player has only open cards. (equal turns). All card will be revealed. Add the numbers of the card for scoring. Game ends after one player has 100 or more points. Whoever has the lowest number wins.

Point Salad, 2-6 players, 15-30 mins, 14+

Point Salad is a fast and fun card drafting game for the whole family. There are over 100 ways to score points. Players may use a variety of strategies and every game of Point Salad is unique! Cards come in six different types of veggies, and the back of each card has a different scoring method. So for instance, one scoring method may award 2 points for every carrot you have, but deduct a point for every onion. By drafting combinations of veggies and point cards that work for your strategy, you can amass the most points and win.

Imhotep the Duel, 2 players, 30 mins, 10+

In this two person game of Imhotep, players take on the roles of Nefertiti and Akhenaten, one of Egypt’s most famous royal couples. Game pieces must be cleverly placed so that players can unload the most valuable tiles from the six boats. While this is happening, each player builds their own four monuments in order to gain as many fame points as possible.

Catlantis, 2-4 players, 15 min, 8+

Become the leader of Catlantis in this clever game of trade-offs and treasures! Gather wealth and treasures, and purr-suade allies to join your kitty coup. Each turn, you make offerings to another player and hope they don’t pounce on the resource you need. Trying to figure out what they want is half the battle. Whose reputation will sink in the seas, and whose will float to the top?

Mr. Face, 3-6 players, 30 mins, 8+

Numerous cards with different exclamations! In Mr. Face you have to build the face that matches your card best. You can also just take a good, matching selfie, but you can always use the face parts in the box. The amount of face parts is limited, but the expressions you can make are uncountable. If everyone can find the matching card to your face, you win. Can you express emotions with “Mr. Face”, so that everyone will understand?

dude is a game where you say “dude”. The word “dude” appears on each card in one of six different ways, with 12 doode cards, 12 dewd cards, 12 dude cards, 12 dude? cards, 12 tiny dude cards, and 12 tie-dyed dude cards. The goal is to quickly find matches for as many of your cards as you can. To play, you say the word “dude” as you think it should be said, based on how it appears on your card. At the same time, listen to how the other players are saying the word “dude”. Trying to figure out whether you have the same card as another player is the essence of dude.

Hadara, 2-5 players, 60+ mins, 10+

Hadara carries you off into the world of cultures and countries of this earth. Over three epochs, you will experience the transformation of your new world from a small settlement to a high culture. You want to populate this world with people who come from different cultures and continents as well as different ages. To bring glory and honor to your world, you should choose the persons and accomplishments skillfully. But you should not ignore agriculture, culture, and military power, otherwise one of your competitors might get bigger and more successful than you. Who will succeed first in creating a new flourishing high culture?

Walking in Burano, 1-4 players, 30 mins, 10+

Walking in Burano is a family game. Players place the Floor Cards in order to receive a visit from different characters. They will score points based on the various symbols on the houses. To be the player with the most points at the end of the game. The colorful houses of Burano need a fresh coat of paint in order to stay beautiful and vivid. Use your creativity to refurbish and decorate the houses and amaze the tourists and local people with your masterpiece!

Jaws, 2-4 players, 60+ mins, 12+

In JAWS, one player takes on the role of the killer shark off Amity Island, while the other 1-3 players take on the roles of Brody, Hooper and Quint to hunt the shark. Character and event cards define player abilities and create game actions for humans and the shark. Gameplay is divided into two acts — Amity Island and The Orca — played on a double-sided board to replicate the film’s story:

  • In the Amity Island phase, the shark menaces swimmers and avoids capture. Other players attempt to pinpoint the shark’s location and save swimmers from shark attacks.
  • In the Orca phase, played on the reverse side of the game board, Brody, Hooper and Quint are aboard the sinking ship engaging in a climactic battle against the shark, while using additional action and strategy cards to defend the Orca from targeted shark attacks.

If humans kill the shark, they win; if the shark attack on the Orca succeeds, the great white shark wins.

Villagers, 1-5 players, 30+ mins, 15+

You are the founder of a new village during the middle ages, in the years after a great plague. The loss of so many people has created big problems for the survivors. Many of the people the villagers used to depend on for essential things like food, shelter and clothes are gone. Craftsmen find themselves without suppliers of raw materials, traders have lost their customers and many have lost their farms and workshops as they escaped the plague.

Blind Spot, 1-4 players, 20 mins, 14+

It seems like just a jumbled grid of letters, but as you cover letters on the board, words begin to come into focus. But before you know it, the board tightens and suddenly words become harder and harder to spot…and you’re running out of time! In Blind Spot, players place “spots” to cover letters and race the clock to reveal words. The game becomes more difficult as more spots are placed on the board, and players have to quickly and cleverly use their spots not only to find words, but also to block their opponents to be the last player standing!

Invader Zim Doomsday Dice Game, 2-4 players, 30+ mins, 10+

In Invader Zim: Doomsday Dice Game, you and up to three of your friends play as either Zim or Gir working for their Almighty Tallest Irkin overlords—or as Dib or Agent Darkbootie working to protect the earth as part of the secretive Swollen Eye network! Draw cards to build a krazy machine to either destroy the earth (yay!) or save it (boo!). Connect matching cards, and earn power surges that let you roll the BIG DIE.

Terror Below is a game of government experiments gone wild in the Nevada desert. The faster you move, the more vibrations you make, attracting the attention of the vicious worms underground. Navigate the difficult terrain to collect valuable worm eggs and deliver them to locations around town to claim bounties. If you’re feeling lucky, collect items and weapons to go hunt ’em. The goal of Terror Below is to be the first player to score 20 victory points (VP) by collecting worm eggs and delivering them to locations around town — or alternatively, by hunting down and killing those vicious worms.
