I am very excited to report that we have finally agreed on the final terms of the lease and will be executing it very soon – this week?  Wow, it’s just so hard to believe that it has taken eleven and a half months to get this done.  I started looking for space on January 1 of this year.  The space is great though and I’m super excited about it.

Next steps include finalizing the work letter – we had to make a change on the flooring section.  That should be done this week and I can send it along to my contractors waiting to bid on the job.  And then everything that I can do once I have an address.  Which you may notice I am still not posting here.  Nothing is for sure until I sign on the line and hand over a check. 🙂
