Whew, it’s been a week so far and it’s only Tuesday!

Final inspection is tomorrow and the health department inspection is Friday!  Columbia will be here early next week to set up our Kegerator (Beer!) and we have an account with Food Service of America so we can start to get our menu finalized and practice making everything.

The slatwall is up and the checkout counter is painted (Meeples Orange!) and awaiting it’s new black top which will be installed tomorrow.   Here’s a picture of the counter with the sun setting just now.

ADT was in today to install the security system, so we’re protected now.

The big news is that our Very Large Game Order will be delivered via common carrier on Thursday!!!  We’ll be unpacking, pricing, sorting and shelving games for days!  And then we can open.

I know I keep saying this, but we’re going to have some ‘soft open’ time before our Grand Opening so that we can practice with the food / beverage service and work out the kinks in the POS system, etc.  I’ll let y’all know when those times are.  Probably a few game nights by invitation.  If you’d like to attend one, drop me an email.
